First and foremost, this is a lucrative money making business, not a caring veterinary practice. It feels like putting your beloved pet through a supermarket till instead of the vet listening to your worries and concerns. Make sure you have plenty of insurance cover if you decide to go here but, better still, find another vet who is more concerned with your pets welfare than ringing up a substantial bill. My pet was completely misdiagnosed and they charged £420 for the privilege. I took her to another practice for a further opinion and, with the correct treatment from this other vet, she is now fit and healthy again.
